Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains
the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you
have any concerns.
What Information Is Collected:
As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:
Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email address, Phone number, Credit/Debit Card Information.
[please note that once your order is received and accepted, all reference to your credit card
(including cc number, etc,) is removed from our system for your security]
How That Information Is Used:
This information is used to fill your order, to contact you should we have questions, or to send
email to you with answers to your questions, etc.
Our Commitment To The Security of Your Data:
All information provided in this site is protested and will not be in any form or shape shared
with individuals or entities outside of the Jilla's Jewelry premisses.
Shipping Information:
Shipping: Items will be filled and shipped within two to four weeks from the date we receive
the completed order. Enter information about how long it takes for orders to be filled from your
store. Use a conservative estimate so you set buyer expectations accordingly.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Items are refundable at 50% purchase value not including the shipping. This amount is
approximate calculation of the design time, individualized prayer and anointment. The
purchaser will be responsible for return of the item shipping cost.
Refunds may be granted with 30 days of purchase ( date of shipment)
Cancellation of order must be received within 48 hours of placement of the order. A fee of 20%
of purchase amount will be deducted from the total amount charged before cancellation is
completed.
